Volunteering is where compassion turns into action. It’s the quiet moments spent earning the trust of a frightened cat, the joy of watching a shy kitten come out of their shell, and the deep fulfillment of knowing you’ve made a real difference in a life that needed it most.

At DS Kitty Rescue SCV, our volunteers are the heart and soul of everything we do. Whether it’s fostering, transporting, cleaning, or simply offering love and patience, every small act adds up to something life-changing.

​When you volunteer, you’re not just giving your time—you’re giving hope, healing, and a second chance. And in return, you’ll find that the lives you touch have a way of changing yours, too.

Volunteer Opportunities

  • Help take care of our kitties at Saugus Petco

  • Transport kitties to and from veterinarian visits

  • Help socializing kitties

  • Help out at Adoption events

Volunteer Requirements

  • Voluteers must be 21 or older.
